A small apartment with two windows overlooking one of the most charming areas, Piazza de Renzi.
In the heart of Trastevere, the district of Rome known for preserving the former atrmosphere: small roads and squares where you can experience the “movida.” There are typical taverns, inns, pizzerias, restaurants, local night spots, special shops and art galleries. On the corner of Via della Pelliccia and Via del Moro you will find the Antico Caffè del Moro, the second oldest Caffè after the Caffè Greco in Via Condotti.
The apartment is very well positioned; a short walking distance from the River Tiber and the famous market, Campo de’ Fiori. It is also close to Piazza Navona. The nearest open market is in Piazza San Cosimato, a 5 minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 16th century building. There is no elevator, but there is only one flight of stairs. The apartment has been recently renovated. It’s ideal for a couple. It has a double bed with a large wardrobe, bath with shower and a living room with table, couch, armchair and bookshelves. Also there is a single bed inside a low stool. Like the building, the ceiling is of the original period with wooden beams and the floor is of hand-laid antique stone. The antique brick archways above the windows contrast pleasantly with the modern furnishings and give the apartment a special character.
A car is not necessary. You can go everywhere on foot. If you take Tram N° 8, you can easily reach Largo Argentina, Piazza Venezia and Fori Imperiali. Should car parking be needed, there is a guarded garage on a nearby street with a daily parking fee.
The apartment is offered a minimum period of 4 nights and a maximum of one year.

Directions
From Termini Station: Take the bus H (in the direction “dei Capassi”). Get off at Sonnino/San Gallicano stop (6th stop). From here, walk up Via della Lungaretta to Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Then, turn right at Vicolo del Piede. This via will take you to Piazza de Renzi where you will find Via della Pelliccia.
From Fiumicino International Airport: Take the train to Trastevere Station. Then, take Tram 8 to the Sonnino/San Gallicano stop, right before the Tiber. From here, walk up Via della Lungaretta to Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Then, turn right at Vicolo del Piede. This via will take you to Piazza de 'Renzi where you will find Via della Pelliccia.
From Ciampino International Airport: Take the SIT Shuttle Bus to Termini Station (Via Marsala 5). Then take the H bus (direction “dei Capassi”). Get off at Sonnino/San Gallicano stop (6°th stop) From here, walk up Via della Lungaretta to Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Then, turn right at Vicolo del Piede. This via will take you to Piazza de 'Renzi where you will findVia della Pelliccia.
