A charming penthouse apartment at Rasun di Sopra, a small village located at the entrance of the Anterselva Valley, Sudtirol, 10 kilometres from Brunico.

The aparment overlooks a unique and enchanting landscape: the Ansitz Heufler, a residence of the 1500’s, old chalets (masi), flowering fields and deep green forests. In the winter, it is as if it’s a fairy-like wonderland.

The valley, famous for the International Championships of Biathlon, is crowned by the Vedrette di Ries, 3.500 metres high. And, the Anterselva lake, one of the most magical in the Dolomites, is located here.

The skiing area located in Plan de Corones is part of the Dolomiti “Superski Skipass.” This area is 49 kilometres of ski slopes and 103 kilometres of ski runs. The skibus stops right in front of the house. It will take you to Lake Anterselva for the Biathlon, the Ski School and the cross-country ski slopes. The bus also goes to the Plan de Corones ski lifts where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains from the Dolomites to the summit of the Alps in Val Venosta.

Rasun is an ideal place to practise alpine skiing, cross country skiing, biathlon, cycling, canoeing, tennis and walking. The golf course is at Riscone, 20 minutes from the house.

The bright, top floor apartment (with a lift), in the center of the village, is 70 square metres with a beautiful terrace which faces the castle and the mountains. It has a living area with a kitchenette near the entrance, two bedrooms: one has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and two skylight windows; the second bedroom has one queen size bed or two single beds, if desired. There is also a second bathroom.

The terrace has a table and 4 chairs. Private parking is available. There are two entrances: from outside and from inside the building.

The apartment is furnished in natural wood and traditional style.

By car from Bolzano (or from Brenner): Go towards Bressanone and Brunico. After 12 kilometres, follow the directions to San Candido. Turn right towards the Valle di Anterselva. After 2 kilometres, you will arrive at Rasun di Sopra. The Condominio Rebecca is located in Via Rasun di Sopra, 32, opposite the Hotel / Restaurant Hansitz Heufler. Coming from San Candido / Dobbiaco: Just past Monguelfo, turn right towards Valle di Anterselva.

Nearest airports: Bolzano and Innsbruck.

Nearest train station: Valdaora (4 km).

For the winter season

The Plan de Corones/Kronplatz ski area is very well organized; there is a reliable skibus service. The bus stop is just 300 meters away from our house. If you buy a skipass the bus is included.

You can rent your skis and boots at the skilift station in Olang. You can also rent a heated cabinet for your skis and boots, which is very convenient if you want to your equipment at the end of the day.

I wish you a great stay in the area!
